I’m off to North Wales until Saturday. Me and my dad are going to do some walking and hopefully it won’t rain! We’re off to stay in the Pen-y-Pass Youth Hostel to begin with, then staying at a private one in Caernarfon.

The North ridge of Tryfan is on our list, but beyond that I don’t know where we’re going. It mostly depends on the weather and how murky it looks. Both of my cameras are on charge, one of which is waterproof, so I should be able to take some pictures at least. You wouldn’t believe the number of times the prospect of getting a nice photo has got me up some nasty steep mountain

I’ve adopted my usual packing style of finding my 100l duffel bag and forcing everything into it. I know full well most of the stuff won’t leave that bag either, but you never know.

I’m quite impressed by WordPress, especially with the LiveJournal crossposter and the Google Maps integration. I’ll start sticking pins all over my map once I’ve been places.
