The thing taped down next to the battery is the RAID configuration board. It goes in a SODIMM socket but the tabs have come off and it won’t POST without this in.
It had a RAID set on it…
But not for long…
It’s now installing Debian. I was going to use Ubuntu, but the silly thing doesn’t like the RAID controller for some reason.
